I called on Saturday and the owner showed up at my house right away. He walked me through and explained the process of restoration. The team came to my home right away and did a great job cleaning everything up. Would recommend to anyone!
They came out that late. They were in, explained the process to us, respected the kids being asleep, they did exactly what was necessary to get us sorted out and safe and they were out. They came back a few days later to finish the job with a solid wrap up.

Lakewood Restoration Pro was recommended to us to help us after we had a fire in a unit of our building. They responded very quickly and were very helpful in explaining what they would do to clean, restore, and sanitize the unit. They also did a very good job coordinating the work with some of the other companies who were preforming different work along side them in the unit. They cleaned every surface and polished the surfaces after that. Lakewood Restoration Pro also provided air filters to remove any odors and clean the air. The whole crew showed a great deal of respect for both us and our possessions. Team members seemed to really understand all our concerns and were always happy to answer any questions. They were always quick to respond to any phone calls and answer any questions. When they completed the job, they put a seal on the door to help any dust or other contaminants out while the other parts of the building were being restored. We fell great about our experience with Lakewood Restoration Pro and that they went above and beyond just doing their job. They helped us feel secure and that they cared about restoring our home to its original condition.

Their response to our basement ejector pump failure was excellent. They were cheerful and provided great service, including decontamination, cleanup, and follow up. I couldn't have asked for better in this situation. I really hope I will never need this type of service again. However, If I do, I will be calling Lakewood Restoration Pro right away.
